- What is a conversation?
- One customer and your assistant, from the first message until the thread goes quiet — however many messages that takes. A customer who comes back a week later starts a new one. Testing your assistant yourself is never counted.
- Going over the allowance
- Additional conversations are $0.08 each, added to the following invoice. We notify you at 80% so it is never a surprise. If you would rather stop than spend, you can set the plan to stop instead.
- The free trial
- 14 days and 50 conversations, whichever runs out first. No card required to start. The trial stops rather than billing you for going over.
- Changing plans
- Upgrade at any time and the new allowance applies immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude sales tax, VAT and GST. Any tax that applies in your country is calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice.
